Crown Point, Ind., - Sept. 25, 2003 - Brewers now have a functional, low-priced marketing vehicle for effective on-premise
promotions with the introduction of Pint Jacket, the first cardboard insulator specifically designed to fit a
standard pint glass.
Pint Jacket, exclusively manufactured by Northwest Indiana-based Pint Jacket, Inc., measures 2 and one-half inches wide
and wraps snugly around a 16-ounce pint glass, the most common glassware used in U.S. bars and taverns. This one-of-a-kind
pint glass insulator provides bar and tavern patrons with a dry comfortable non-slip glass grip and beer companies with a
mini billboard on which to advertise their brand messages.
Pint Jacket's special cardboard paper ensures a secure glass grip that effectively insulates patrons' hands from the cold
and the wetness caused by condensation. The coated stock maintains the integrity of the imprinted design and ensures that
inks don't bleed onto patrons' hands.
